Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I book an inspection?

We can usually book your job in within 2 business days however we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. We also understand how quickly things happen in Property Management therefore we will do our best to accommodate same day requests and understand the need for rescheduling.

What information is needed to make a booking?

Please include in your email the below information:

  • Property Address

  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms and any other major attributes (double storey, pool etc.)

  • If the property is furnished or unfurnished

  • Any specific key instructions

PCR'S - When the Tenants will be taking possession or the date on which you would like to the inspection to take place.

Final Inspections -  The date on which the tenant will be handing back the keys.

Routine Inspections - The date and time block the inspection has been scheduled for.

What apps and programs can be used?

All of our staff are trained in Reports Online, Rentfind Inspector, Inspection Express, Pirsee, Inspection Manager and PropertyMe. We are always open to exploring new programs and if possible using these to carry out your reports so please let us know if you are using another software.

Can PRPlus schedule my routine inspections for me?

Yes we can certainly do this for you. All you need to do is supply a list of property addresses and the month they are required. We will send back the dates and time blocks to include in your notice to the tenants.

How will I receive my report?

If not completed on an app, you will receive a link via email, clicking on this link will take you to a Dropbox folder containing the word document and photographs. From here you can simply click download all to save these files to your own device.
