Our routine inspection service is tailored to suit your office requirements, with photos taken of each area/room and embedded in the report or completed in the software of your choice. Our team of highly trained Inspectors possess a keen eye for identifying any cleaning or maintenance concerns.

Our Final Inspection service is designed to provide an in-depth look at the condition of a property at the end of a tenancy. We will document any changes in the property from when the tenant took possession to now when the tenant has vacated. We can also provide digital photos of any changes to the property, so you can easily track any changes that have occurred.

• We offer additional services beyond our standard property inspections. Do you have an old PCR you can re-use? We can retype this for you into a word document or into the software your office uses.
